Inspired Drinks was founded in March 2023 by John Bates after an extensive career in sales and leadership within major multinational organisations and independently owned  businesses.

Honesty, a mutually beneficial approach to sales partnerships & and a friendly and straightforward demeanour are the pillars that underpin John's ethos. Consistently delivering outstanding results throughout an illustrious career from retail management, supply chain management and senior sales leadership roles. John has worked exclusively in the beverage industry since 2010 and prior to launching Inspired Drinks was most recently head of sales for a large independent brewery, developing the strategy and building the sales team from infancy to one of the largest independent breweries in Australia within 5 years.
